Over the Thanksgiving holiday, I had the pleasure of visiting Stone Barns Center for Food & Agriculture in upstate New York. The farm is also a nonprofit institution and they aim to promote and raise awareness of healthy and sustainable food and also collaborates with Blue Hill which uses the seasonal products of the farm; the place basically embodied everything I love. I had the pleasure of taking the Insider's Tour, which was incredibly informative and followed this with a light outdoor lunch at Blue Hill Café. It's such a beautiful place so if you are interested in sustainable farming or fresh food, take a day to go check it out.
